"The Mare Hotel is a beautiful seaside hotel, my only regret is not booking a water view room. Great service, the restaurants were delicious. The breakfast was included and had a lot of great options. "

"Great place to stay. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Didn’t use the golf course so no comment on it. Great breakfast, large comfortable rooms with parking by door. Next to supermarket with a great cafe in it."

"Property is at the top of a hill but does mean you get some stunning views. Was perfect for us as we didn’t leave too much and have to hike up again, there is grocery stores accessible without going down. Kitchen facilities were great, although there was sometimes a queue for the bathroom as showers are not separate. The rooms were great although quite hot as no AC. Communication with staff was great online and we didn’t see very much of them."
