"This is the second time I've stayed at this property, with a few more visits scheduled over the next couple months. The area itself is not great as it's a seedy part of Urbandale, however the hotel itself is tucked away off the main street and is fairly clean and welcoming. The staff has always been top-notch and the rooms (cleanliness and amenities) is adequate if you just need a safe, clean place to lay your head. Definitely would recommend this location."
