"Breakfast was very good, the staff were amazing at keeping everything fresh and available. Every staff member was very kind and friendly especially the housekeeper very polite and had an excellent smile on her face. Everything was clean and very well taken care of. "

"Our stay at Holiday Inn & Suites on Merle Hay Rd. in Des Moines, IA was wonderful. Employees are very accomodating. They had a restaurant connected to the hotel, which we did not go to but was nice to know we could have. Pool is open til midnight and they are very child friendly. Will definitely be coming back next time we travel to Des Moines."

The hotel was less than 15 minutes from the stadium and everyone from checkin to the restaurant servers to the housekeepers were pleasant and friendly despite the high occupancy. The room was comfortable and I slept soundly each night after spending all day at the track. I would definitely stay here again."
