"We stayed at Oaks Hervey Bay for one night booking a one bedroom pool view apartment. This was a staycation. We were upgraded to an ocean view two bedroom. The apartment was very spacious with a massive ensuite including a spa bath. The young lady on reception was extremely efficient and friendly. They have a wellness spa onsite which I visited for a relaxing treatment. "

"The older gentleman that showed us to our room was very nice & polite, although could not get fan to work.. Waa close to the function we were attending.. Only downside to our stay was the cranky lady cleaning the pool demanding that the outside light get switched off, even after I explained that the gentleman had switched it on & told us to leave it on as we were leaving for our function in daylight, he didn’t want us forgetting to switch it on for our return. .. "The property was well maintained as was the entire complex. The interior was clean and tidy however quite dated. One of the bathroom vanities tops was cracked and in need of repair but other than this happy with our stay "

"Great to have food and drinks available on the doorstep. Great service in the food area and good staff. Pool and area could do with a big upgrade, steps in pool not ladders as old and shaky. gardens, etc need renewing. "
