"Our stay was amazing. You are transported back in time to this quaint, little, cabin like room and property. It is quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. Property is right on the river. We sat by the river on the swing in the mornings. I sat on a rock reading a book for hours while listening to the sounds of the river. At night, we were able to make a fire and hang out with other guest at the fire pit. "

"Room was small but cozy, however, there's a huge front porch/deck across the length of the hotel with rocking chairs plus "picnic" tables. The property has hotel rooms and cabin rentals. The hotel rooms have been very nicely updated and decorated by the new owners and cabins will be updated soon. There's a beautifully landscaped waterfall and bushes planted around the fenced in pool that give a sense of privacy. My sister and I had a quiet, relaxing stay. Highly recommend!"

"This is our second stay here and we will stay again when we are in the area.. We just need a place to sleep , bathe and watch TV between what we came there for, this is perfect.. I would like to see them put safety measures in the bathroom though.. Hand rail to be able to get out easier and something in the tub to make it not slippery. "

"I cannot say enough great things about this property and the owners. From booking until the moment we left it was a dream Vrbo experience. The owner is very quick to respond and offered great suggestions for dinner. The beds were very comfortable and the fireplace was lovely. We also utilized the games and fire pit and the views were outstanding. We 10/10 recommend this property and will be back! "

"Absolutely loved this little cabin! Was the most perfect getaway. Secluded and quiet, but still close enough to walk to the town of Chimney Rock and drive to Lake Lure. The screened in back porch was perfect to just sit and relax with great a breeze!! Everything was just as described, rustic and cozy. We will definitely be back to stay again."
