The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was large and very comfy. The bathroom as spacious and all modern looking. Will be staying again "

"We had a very nice stay at the Lion. It's a fascinating old building in a great central location. The rooms are basic, but very clean and the bed was comfortable with great pillows. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is a little frayed around the edges, but that adds to the character! The staff were all lovely and very helpful."
