"The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Stayed on a Saturday so we were able to enjoy the wine and cheese they offer in the evening. Staff was excellent and Scott was top notch!"

"The place is gorgeous, the staff are polite, the rooms are well kept. My only gripes are with the breakfast, and the pillows. With the exchange, I basically paid 60 for undercooked eggs and 2 pieces of bacon. Maybe I’m just foreign and that’s how they do eggs here, but it wasn’t edible. And the pillows are feather and I am a side-sleeper, which makes it very difficult to get comfortable. "Excellent location for the centre of Bristol. We were easily able to walk (on a sunny day) from the train station. Lots of independent shops and cafes around the hotel. Staff were welcoming upon arrival. Room was large and clean. Bathroom modern and spacious. Very comfortable bed. Would definitely book again if needed."

"Really enjoyed our stay here at doubletree Hilton in Bath. Very convenient for Bath local sights. The staff were so helpful and friendly which made our stay all the more enjoyable. Food in the restaurant was great for evening meal as was the breakfast selection . We will definitely be back."

"Fab location!! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice and had a good selection. Only downside was paper thin walls, noisy neighbours, but thats not the fault of the hotel. I would stay here again."

"The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly. The hotel is very convenient for Bristol airport as you can walk from the hotel into the airport. The food is bistro type pub food, so don't expect haute cuisine. "

"Warm welcome, fuss free check in. Room easy to find and was clean and comfortable. Plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. Lovely pod coffee machine. We used the spa and facilities. The only negative i can say is that it was very busy so we had no where to sit. People put towels on the beds but didnt use them for a long time. Breakfast was good. Small selection but plenty of options."

"Room 104. Check-in smooth and friendly. Bed very comfortable - maybe some people would find it quite firm.. The pillows were very full. Room was not especially large but was quiet and felt calm. The climate control only had options for 19 degrees or 20 degrees. We found the room a little warm overnight. The floor to ceiling windows let in an impressive amount of light.
