"This is my second time staying for work purposes and I bring my family and the staff are all so brilliant. If I am late checking in, they send me self check in details, if I message they reply really quickly. NEVER had an issue with payment I make pre arrival. The fridge is stocked with drinks you can buy. This time I stayed in bigger room on the Tesco side and it was slightly noisier BUT it had a washing machine which was fantastic. Love staying here now and told colleagues and I'm super fussy...

"A lovely 2 day break at the lakes, so peaceful and relaxing. Spa is great too and we pretty much had it to ourselves most of the time. Food in the tipi was also great, would have liked to have seen some more sweet breakfast and healthy options though. It would also be great if there was an on-site shop to buy any groceries/essentials to save having to drive elsewhere."

"Myself and my partner stayed here for a friends wedding. It was perfect - we got the family room just so we had a bit more space. The kitchen was very functional, had all we needed, so we just brought the food. The bed was comfortable, clean and convenient bathroom.
