"Excellent location and excellent property condition. Older building but the condo was well appointed and in great condition. Kitchen and bathrooms have all been updated and all beds were very comfortable. We cooked many meals and there was a utensil for every need. "The location was absolutely perfect, being so close to Heavenly, Nevada, and downtown South Lake Tahoe. It made our trip incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The house itself had plenty of space for our family of 7, along with some friends of our kids who joined us. We particularly loved the pool table and hot tub, which kept everyone entertained and happy. It felt like the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were able to contact owner thru vrbo who provided access. Also, there were only 12 towels for 12 people. But, the house met all our needs very well."

"Talk about a STELLAR home. The photos don’t do it justice. From the beautiful chefs kitchen to the comfy common areas, it was perfect for my group and I. We had plans in town over the weekend and ended up being greeted by a snow storm upon arrival and we couldn’t have been happier to stay in and enjoy this beautiful space. Riley and Clyde were very helpful/quick with responses and were a joy to communicate with. I travel quite often and this has been my best stay yet. We can’t wait to return! "

"Zach's house was awesome! Nice open floor plan upstairs. All of the comforts of home-streaming on TVs, Alexa for music, plenty of kitchen accessories, gas grill on the porch, comfortable beds, spacious fenced-in yard & access to trails & open spaces. "Great place. Had everything you could ever need. I only stayed 2 nights but could’ve made the room work for a week. They had ants in the bathroom. But no big deal. Area around was a little sketch, but never felt in danger. Asked the front desk for advice on things to do and they “had no clue”. It was also 5mins before they had to leave so I don’t think they wanted to have a conversation. Interactions at check in and out were great. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. No cold cereal options....
