"Things got off to a shaky start for the Master bedroom was unmade with sheets crumpled on the bed. It turns out the cleaning staff forgot to finish the job. It took a single call to Tyler and the cleaning service was back in under 30 minutes to address the issue. Very fast response and the rest of the stay was great!Very nice property and great location. Highly recommend."

"We enjoyed the condo/VRBO unit. Everything was clean; the kitchen had an abundance of utensils and cooking gear. The photos on VRBO don't do justice to the kitchen-dining-living area. Didn't use the hot tub; but good to know it is there. "

"This property had everything we needed and was in a great location for us to do day trips to The Needles, Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse Point State Park. Just 10 minutes south of town and nice and quiet for tired nights in the hot tub. The response time and communication were top notch. "

"The location is great. Close to supermarkets. There are restaurants around as well. It’s fairly quiet at night during my stay. However this largely depends on the neighbor. The house is clean and everything works. There were some small items that I ask for. Tyler was able to provide for me. Overall I am satisfied with this place. "

"This condo is on the south side of Moab. Perfect spot for our family as my daughter lives in South Moab. Plenty of space for everyone and the beds were super comfy"

"Four of us were there for a two day golf tournament... it was a very few minutes from the course. The property was very clean and met all our needs. I would recommend it to others. There are stairs to the upper floor."

"We really liked staying here! Plenty of space, quiet neighborhood (at least in January!), short walk up the hill to a beautiful red rock bluff with great views. Short drive into town. Loved having a fireplace when it was cold outside and having a little patio with table/chairs bordered by a green grassy area (which is rare in Moab!) The kitchen had almost everything we needed - lots of condiments, kitchen tools/gadgets, convection oven/stove, pots, plates, glasses (including wine glasses),...
