"We had a late check in and the parking lot was pretty full but when checking in the desk clerk offered us a choice of ground level or higher. I thought that was nice of him to offer us a choice. This is a pet friendly hotel and when we got to our room there was some small carpet damage, most likely from another guest's dog. I let the front desk know and they immediately offered to switch us to a different room. We were fine with the room, I just asked the the damage be noted so they didn't think...

"We stayed in the room with 2 queen beds and a pullout bed. It was fantastic, lots of space even with all the luggage. The breakfasts were always fantastic, but they could use some more waffle makers. It’s survival of the fittest trying to get one. All the staff were incredibly kind and friendly, more than I’ve remembered at another hotel. Plenty of parking, great hot tub, and close to Arches! I will absolutely stay again for my next trip to Moab. "

"The space was comfortable. Nothing special. It was out-dated, older motel. Our room only had a shower and bathroom was very small. Again, nothing special. Not the most quiet space, so you may want to bring ear plugs. We thought the price of the room made the reservation worth the short time we spent there. "

"the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with many options. Pool area was clean. You can tell that it is an older building and has been maintained but not new and flashy. But the prices are fair and the place was fine. The only problem was the early morning 6:00am trash pick up everyday was very loud. So, no sleeping in."
