"Beautiful hotel and convenient location. Room had sea view. The property is well kept and maintained. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet had excellent food selections to choose from but pricy. The only thing I would recommend improving on were the quality and tastes of the dinner dishes. The seafood was not fresh as I expected from a seaside town and the steak and pepper sauce were cold. The tastes needs to justify for the price. I would recommend grabbing dinner elsewhere. Overall, I recommend this hotel for the stay in Ha Long Bay!"

Definitely recommend spending a little bit more to get on this boat ~ we were traveling from the USA and we thought the weather was supposed to be nice and it rain for both days that we were in Ha Long Bay, which kind of sucked, but you can’t control the weather. Definitely would’ve used the pool outdoor bar more if the weather would have cooperated IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL SPACE. loved the gym food was delicious. Sammy Lilly & all the staff. THANKS. "

"This hotel is a GEM!!!! I'm so glad that I booked this hotel! This hotel gives a very welcoming feel right from the moment I arrived. Friendly staff and they all spoke good English. The breakfast spread was fantastic. In short, this is nothing less than any 5-star hotel. The only shortcoming of this hotel is that there's another building which has come up right in front of the hotel so the sea view is now blocked with just partial sea view left and the construction sight isn't great (with trash etc) when you look out of the window. "
