"Cleanliness is an issue. When we checked in, bedsheets were dirty. Hot water also cannot be sustained. There were also ants around the sink area. After they cleaned consistently every day, our experience was much better. You pay for what you get. "

"Great service the people there are amazing organised my cruise, my bus and when i stupidly left my passport there they sent it to me on a bus so i wouldn’t miss my flight. I’ve traveled for three weeks in Vietnam and this is by far the best! Would recommend and if I go back to Ha long bay I will always choose to stay here! "

"A very enjoyable stay. The staff here are the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant in any part of the world. Always taking their time to listen to your questions and concerns. "So the room had plenty of space with a kitchen and dining area as well. Check in was easy. What really let us down was that there were many areas that were dirty. The vents were covered in dust and I mean covered; the towels were very rough because they’ve been around for a long time; the shower easily flooded the surrounding bathroom floor. "there's no cleanliness in the apartment, very bad drainage smell and very noise. They provide washing machine but never attached to water tap and no drainage hole. I will never recommend to anyone staying there specially non Vietnamese. in fact we book 4 nights but we really can't stand all the bad smell and noise, we move out 3rd nights."

"Beautiful hotel and convenient location. Room had sea view. The property is well kept and maintained. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet had excellent food selections to choose from but pricy. The only thing I would recommend improving on were the quality and tastes of the dinner dishes. The seafood was not fresh as I expected from a seaside town and the steak and pepper sauce were cold. The tastes needs to justify for the price. I would recommend grabbing dinner elsewhere. Overall, I recommend this hotel for the stay in Ha Long Bay!"

"BEST BOAT IN THE BAY🚢⚓️ Clean , big rooms , great food staff. Definitely recommend spending a little bit more to get on this boat ~ we were traveling from the USA and we thought the weather was supposed to be nice and it rain for both days that we were in Ha Long Bay, which kind of sucked, but you can’t control the weather. Definitely would’ve used the pool outdoor bar more if the weather would have cooperated IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL SPACE. loved the gym food was delicious. Sammy Lilly & all the staff. THANKS. "

"This hotel is a GEM!!!! I'm so glad that I booked this hotel! This hotel gives a very welcoming feel right from the moment I arrived. Friendly staff and they all spoke good English. The breakfast spread was fantastic. In short, this is nothing less than any 5-star hotel. The only shortcoming of this hotel is that there's another building which has come up right in front of the hotel so the sea view is now blocked with just partial sea view left and the construction sight isn't great (with trash etc) when you look out of the window. "
