"We spent 4 days at Domizil in September. Wonderful place with friendly staff. Breakfast was a buffet and very good. It was nice not to run out the door early morning especially since it rained the whole time we were there. Walking distance to pretty much everything. We took Ubers too bc of the rain. Will certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. "

The room attendant didn’t always provide clean towels but hung the used ones back up if they weren’t dirty. The room attendant didn’t always provide new toilet rolls even when there were none left. The safe didn’t have instructions in English and after making the reception aware, nothing happened. I found it difficult to get to sleep as the trams ran right outside my bedroom window. "The staff members are very helpful and friendly. The offered directions and assisted with parking options. But the property is very outdated. The chairs are threadbare and stained. Tiles in the bathrooms are broken. It’s also a little hard to find and to get your luggage up to your room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel"

"Beautiful old building with charming old-style rooms even thought recently renovated. Walking distance from the center of Vienna, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. Helpful and friendly staff. The rooms have no air-conditioning and can therefore be very warm at hot weather. The tram passes along the street frequently during the day, but not at night, as you could expect in the center of the city."
