"The location of the hotel is perfect if you are looking for quick and easy access to all the sights in the historic part of city. The room was spacious and had a separate kitchen which was helpful. "We went to the hotel at 4:30 PM on Wednesday. Reception was closed even though the timing was 7 am to 10 pm. They had 2 phone numbers on a paper in order to contact reception. We called both numbers multiple times to no avail. At 8 PM we finally decided to just leave this hotel. We contacted expedia and they booked us a hotel in Budapest which was our next destination. I do not recommend this hotel at all because no one was there! "
