"Carine and Pascal were wonderful hosts! When I had trouble getting the directions to the location, they emailed me the directions. The directions to check-in were perfect and had pictures with wording to direct us as needed. Other items in the apartment were also labeled making it easy to know what to do. Carine also emailed me a list of suggestions to do and restaurants to visit, which was very helpful. We ate out 3 nights and every restaurant was great (Electric Owl, Bossa Nova, and Aroma)....

"Cute and cozy small apartment that has everything you need with a nice balcony facing the street with nice views of the city. The location cannot get any better with many restaurants options around. The only con is that it can get quite loud with the noise of the cars in the street. Other than that, wonderful stay. "

"It's cozy and clean! The location was perfect and centrally located to everything I wanted to visit. The view was beautiful and it's a very quiet area. The weather was perfect and the outdoor patio was a really nice retreat after a long day out and about! The host and even his roommates were super nice and friendly! They're very hospitable and made me and my sister feel welcome. I would definitely love to stay again next time I'm in the area!"

"A so so place in a relatively quiet Hollywood neighborhood. Parking space for unit is super tight--only a mini Cooper could squeeze in on first try. Outdated building, small bathroom, no frills. Electronic locks handy tho. Texted a question to manager, but never heard back. Not worth the money. "

"Very nice, very clean. The owner was kind and left snacks and drinks for us. 4 stars because the water was cloudy from the sink so if you wanted to get a drink you had to go pick something up from the store down the street (nice that there was one within waking distance!). The street that the room was on was also pretty dirty, but the owner can't help that and I'm sure it'd be the same anywhere in that area."

"Everything was great! Location was perfect to Universal Studios. We parked in the garage with a Tahoe and left it there the entire weekend. House was as pictured and listed. We had 5 and it was the perfect amount of space. Communication with Shawn and his team was super easy. Check in was easy, check out was even easier. I have no complaints! We will look at staying again in the future! "

"Easy check in and check out. Good location to drive around Burbank. Good parking: I was able to fit a Ford Lightning without difficulty. You can also park on the street overnight but must move at 8am. An extra bit of advice that has nothing to do with this property: EV charging in Burbank (and probably everywhere else in big cities) is a major hassle. Long lines at stations. Give yourself 1-2hrs to charge up anytime you need to. Just thought I’d point that out for anyone requiring EV...

"This is the worst place I have ever been with terrible staff. They sold our parking space to other people and refused to refund the amount. We couldn’t get home for more than a week because the gates didn’t work, we had to climb over them, they ignored me and didn’t solve this issue. And when they finally called the technician, the gates were simply left open and our EBike was stolen from us. After I put forward my claims, they said that they would not communicate with me."
