"It's cozy and clean! The location was perfect and centrally located to everything I wanted to visit. The view was beautiful and it's a very quiet area. The weather was perfect and the outdoor patio was a really nice retreat after a long day out and about! The host and even his roommates were super nice and friendly! They're very hospitable and made me and my sister feel welcome. I would definitely love to stay again next time I'm in the area!"

"A so so place in a relatively quiet Hollywood neighborhood. Parking space for unit is super tight--only a mini Cooper could squeeze in on first try. Outdated building, small bathroom, no frills. Electronic locks handy tho. Texted a question to manager, but never heard back. Not worth the money. "

"Great unit in a great location. This apartment was perfect for me and my husband for our week-long stay in LA. The location was close to everything we needed. One parking spot in the back worked great (note that there is limited parking hours on the street). The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. "This is a residential high rise. We had no way to get into the elevator because it requires a keyfob (apparently only after 10 pm, per the owner). We almost had to find a hotel somewhere else. We showed up at 10:15 pm. The security guard finally let us into the elevator. Apparently, subletting rooms in this way in this building is not allowed. The security guard wanted the owners name to let us pass, but all we had was a corporate name that they did not accept. The owner refused to address the...

"Very nice, very clean. The owner was kind and left snacks and drinks for us. 4 stars because the water was cloudy from the sink so if you wanted to get a drink you had to go pick something up from the store down the street (nice that there was one within waking distance!). The street that the room was on was also pretty dirty, but the owner can't help that and I'm sure it'd be the same anywhere in that area."

"Easy check in and check out. Good location to drive around Burbank. Good parking: I was able to fit a Ford Lightning without difficulty. You can also park on the street overnight but must move at 8am. An extra bit of advice that has nothing to do with this property: EV charging in Burbank (and probably everywhere else in big cities) is a major hassle. Long lines at stations. Give yourself 1-2hrs to charge up anytime you need to. Just thought I’d point that out for anyone requiring EV...

"This is the worst place I have ever been with terrible staff. They sold our parking space to other people and refused to refund the amount. We couldn’t get home for more than a week because the gates didn’t work, we had to climb over them, they ignored me and didn’t solve this issue. And when they finally called the technician, the gates were simply left open and our EBike was stolen from us. After I put forward my claims, they said that they would not communicate with me."
