"Lovely villa - as described. Francesca, the maid was delightful and couldn’t be more helpful - she did our washing and cooked a couple of meals as well as keeping the villa nice and clean. Clivy, the property manager was on hand at all times and answered any questions immediately as well as organising transport requirements. Would highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon."

"On our arrival date, the owner told us that they have misread our arrival date and thought we would arrive one day later, the property was over booked, so they led us to the next property, Sunset Villa, that property Sunset Villa was a downgrade from Blue Lagoon Villa which we have originally booked on. After half an hour lying on the big bed, I had 9 bug bites all over my body, on my arms, my legs and my back, could not sleep, so I had to switch to the smaller bed. We would not recommend this...

"We had a wonderful stay at the villa, the photos don’t do it justice, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you would need. The outdoor area is very large with beautiful views of the bay and the location is convenient to travel the island. Hosts and staff were very friendly. Highly recommend."

"Value for money if you're on a budget. Positives are location with a private beach and kind of out of the crowded spots of Mauritius. Excellent staff and Mr. Shreeni the manager is an asset for their company. He manages his clients efficiently. Negatives are power cuts & related water problems are there, bit of a old villa and not a carpeted one for a 3 star status. "

"The villa was modern and spacious and with a nice pool, very private garden and extremely close to great beach with few people. If you want a stay to be withyour family this is a great choice."

"We were met on arrival at the villa by the housekeeper Dorinne. Dorinne was very friendly and showed us all around the villa and explained the alarms and keys etc. The villa is extreamly well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. There is a cool box and beach chairs and umbrellas provided for beach days along with beach towels. The bedding and towels are changed reguarly. "Filthy place. Not half what is advertised. Dirt pool, dirty fridge. No free wifi no free cable tv, not even a bed sheet to cover during the night. 2 towels for 4, of which one scratched. Safety concerns with broken elec near the pool. Room not ready on arrival, breakfast not ready the next day (very basic) birds eating the pervious day leftovers in the restaurant kitchen, not clean either."

"Marie and John, the owners could not have been more helpful arranging cruise port transfers, a car rental and lots of restaurant and tour recommendations. The apartment is an easy walk to the Flic En Flac beach as well as grocery store and restaurants. The unit is a bit dated but otherwise worked perfectly for us especially with the pool only a few steps away. It suited us perfectly for a 2 week stay"

The beach is walking distance, with tour companies willing to take you for dolphins or visits. The pool was clean and children used it every day. "We rented this amazing beautiful house for 1 month. In total we were 5 adults and 4 children. The house feels very spacious; The four bedrooms (all equiped with AC) are all large and have good storage (very good for us who stayed for so long) A living room with modern TV and DVD, and two full bathrooms. "Was our first time in Mauritius, and won’t be our last. We will also more than likely stay here again. Wish the breakfast would switch it up a little. The exact same food every day is a little mundane when staying for more than a couple days. But overall, customer service was top notch and the hotel was very pleasant."
