"I feel conflicting feelings about the hotel. Truly amazing views, warm waters; a great setting. I visited just after schools reopened in South Africa, so it wasn’t too busy, but during school holidays, it’s packed with families. "Very beautiful and stylish hotel, every detail well thought, clean rooms and all hotel areas well maintained. Lovely snorkelling near by, and best breakfast on the island indeed! "Excellent service at buffet and restaurant. Very bad service at reception . Air conditioning didn’t work and it took 3 days to get a new room. Very hard to get a reservation , since there are only 2 restaurants. "

"Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. "Nice place to view once, but I won't be back. The all inclusive is not really all inclusive but some inclusive. My favourite drink is Negroni and Capirinha and those were not on the All inclusive list, so you have to pay for them. All the cocktails I tried were tasteless and mostly water alcohol and sugar. All coktails taste the same. Not happy with the quality of drinks. Also the sailing, I was trying to sail 3 days in a row, wasn't available. from what I seen only weekend you can do sailing....

"Was our first time in Mauritius, and won’t be our last. We will also more than likely stay here again. Wish the breakfast would switch it up a little. The exact same food every day is a little mundane when staying for more than a couple days. But overall, customer service was top notch and the hotel was very pleasant."
