"Great family trip! Riverside was a cute and comfortable little inn. The staff was great and we loved our room. We had a balcony which had a great view of the river. So peaceful. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I’m heartbroken for this community. So sad this little gem is gone. When they get up and running again we will definitely be back. One of my favorite towns in NC. "

"I'll start with the pros. The lodge is very open with lots of areas to spread everyone out. The game room downstairs was nice and the open floor plan on the main floor was perfect for our needs. The house was very clean, tidy and well laid out. Now the cons. The check in information was inaccurate. Particularly regarding what to do with trash. "Overall stay was decent. Check in process was a little confusing, as you had to drive to one location to check in, and then another to get access to the resort, then another to the actual house. The house itself was a little dated, stairs going down were rotted & loose, so definitely a safety issue and the overall cleanliness just felt off. "We had such a great time at Silvertree Cabin! Wayne was very helpful and responsive before booking and remained the same after booking. The cabin was clean and comfortable with beautiful views! We were so happy that this cabin allowed bigger dogs and we were able to bring our boy with us. He had a great time running around the yard and up and down the stairs. We hope to stay again very soon! "
