"We had a great stay. Kelley was communicative about the details and responded to questions in a timely manner. Location was convenient to downtown Black Mountain. The only issue is the lack of cell phone service, which not a fault of the property, just stating so others are aware. You have to use WiFi calling. I recommend this property for your next visit to the Black Mountain area."

"Lawrence Tech Men’s Lacrosse traveled south during Spring Break to play games against opponents in Georgia and North Carolina. The property was exactly what we were looking for! Plenty of bed space and large rooms to gather in. Checking in and out was a breeze and the property manager, Kelley, communicated everything we needed to know. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Had a great time, beautiful view, and the lake was great. The kitchen was stocked well with everything you need. However, the paddle boat was broken and we were not able to use it. The hot tub worked great! Would recommend and would stay here again!"

"The informational packet provided by the hosts was extremely helpful and very thorough, and even provided recommendations for places to visit. We only had one minor issue during our stay which we were able to communicate to the hosts to resolve. The kitchen in the cabin had anything we could possibly need and we were able to easily cook multiple meals after visiting the nearby Ingles. Overall it was a great stay and we would recommend this location to anyone looking for somewhere central to stay...

"We truly enjoyed our stay! The house was well furnished for our family of five and included a separate family room area upstairs. The kitchen was well appointed with quality cookware, dishes and appliances. All beds were comfortable and three full baths were superb! The owners are fantastic and provided us with great tips for local activities and dining. We can’t wait to visit again!"

"Overall stay was decent. Check in process was a little confusing, as you had to drive to one location to check in, and then another to get access to the resort, then another to the actual house. The house itself was a little dated, stairs going down were rotted & loose, so definitely a safety issue and the overall cleanliness just felt off. We knew all this going on, and for the price, it was totally worth it with the amenities the place has to offer. We will definitely be back, just maybe...

"We had such a great time at Silvertree Cabin! Wayne was very helpful and responsive before booking and remained the same after booking. The cabin was clean and comfortable with beautiful views! We were so happy that this cabin allowed bigger dogs and we were able to bring our boy with us. He had a great time running around the yard and up and down the stairs. We hope to stay again very soon! "
