No loud music and respectful guests. They are offering a great product, that’s why guests return. Easy tuktuk to busier area and boats to take you elsewhere. We were genuinely sad to leave. "

"Beautiful hotel located in a green garden with palms and leafy trees. Very quiet place, rooms are far from the road. The main noisemakers are chipmunks jumping on the roofs and munching on your fruits if you accidentally left it outside. Once I had a dinner there and I enjoyed the food. The hotel staff is extremely polite and helpful. I didn’t expect my calls will be answered at 4am when I arrived. However the hotel manager Jude was waiting for me and escorted me to my room. He also helped me...

"Don't come here. The beach is very boring..there is really nothing to do...the food is overpriced..they have old ladies who can't see the dirt cleaning the rooms. The staff is constantly chattering..mostly, everything is very unprofessional...everything is a bit grimy..flea bitten dogs everywhere..it's not a good place to spend even one day of your vacation. Take a tour of the historical things in Sri Lanka..it's not really the best place for a beach vacation..."

"The property is located in a well kept garden next to a small but beautiful beach. Rooms are well kept and relaxing. The staff are fantastic and always willing to accommodate requests. Food was excellent, particularly the Sri Lankan breakfast. The menu has increased and has a great selection of Western and Asian dishes but is quite expensive."

"Don't do a mistake. Never book this "amazing" Sea view villa. We stayed only 2 nights out of 6 we'd booked just because we had nowhere else to stay. As soon as we found a decent place to stay we left this awful place. First of all the view from our balcony was like in the middle of a building lot. On the edge of our balcony, I mean right next to it - they had massive construction going on. From early morning to 10:30 PM construction was in full swing with all the noise that comes with it.
