"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, clean, comfortable and characterful BnB, in a great location an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Warm and friendly customer service. "Nice guesthouse, friendly staff. Its not a modern sleek guesthouse, but you'd probably struggle tonfind that in Killarney anyway. My room actually looked better and more modern than in the photo's. I did struggle with the key lock to get in at night, although im going to put that down to me having a few pints. "This is a nice property in Killarney I would stay at again. Only about 2-3 blocks from main tourist part of town with excellent restaurants and Tesco - so location was great. I was confused by their procedures - they said check-in was from 3-6pm which was fine and the desk was unmanned other than that. I had no idea who to call if we had issues which we did the 1st night when the radiators had not been set on prior to our arrival as it was cold and rainy and then had a hard time getting them...

"This property was perfect! We were a group of 5, so we utilized the apart hotel. It was spacious and clean, allowed us to have communal space and private sleeping. Dining at the restaurant was fantastic. Jason was our server and he was amazing. Food was great, only a short 10 min walk to the Muckross Abbey and a breath taking lake. Hotel views bolstered mountains in the morning. Wonderful staff, we did not have time to utilize the spa but it looked beautiful. "
