The setting was breathtaking, with waves as the perfect backdrop, and our personal server ensured every detail was exceptional. The Verandah Bar added to the experience, with attentive, engaging staff crafting expertly made drinks in a sophisticated setting. The reception team was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive, ensuring every need was met with grace. The chauffeur service provided a seamless, elegant journey, adding to the resort’s refinement. "It fits the theme of luxurious and vintage well. We like the kampung island vibes and luxury in one place. Service was prompt. As expected of resorts, facilities are abundant and catered to kids too. We were able to enjoy the facilities without the crowd in most instances. We were granted a free room upgrade from garden to lakefront and are quite happy with it. For those seeking privacy, only the lakefront provides a high level of privacy as the rest has balconies that at some point in time will allow passers by to peek in due to where they face. "

"Very nice hotel , friendly staff . Walkable to sight seeing . The general area is shabby with many disused buildings. the horse is good. Recomend takeing the afternoon tea package and drinks soft in the room ."

"We’ve had the most amazing time at the resort, as soon as we arrived we instantly felt a calm and kindness from the staff. Our room was super nice,the rooms are large and also very big bathrooms and the view was absolutely stunning. Food has been delicious, good wine lists with reasonable prices for being a high end resort in Asia. What really makes this hotel special though is the staff, we haven’t met a single person that doesn’t smile at you and they truly go out of their way to make your stay perfect. "
