"Excellent service, staff is very knowledgeable for restaurants and things to do nearby. We send email to ask about tea experience and fruit picking experience and they reply with detailed information. Room is spotless and there is self-service laundry and free coffee and a little pantry where you can sort yourself breakfast with the shop next to the hotel where they sell local products every day. Highly recommend!"

"I stayed here for 2 weeks and they were extremely accommodating! The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options and they have a comfortable onsen that's available for use every morning and night. What's good too is that there's a lock keypad for the women's bath, so we don't have to worry about anyone intruding. The rooms are snug and comfy, but not too compact. Unfortunately there's no refrigerator, so if you're keeping any snacks or food, make sure it's something non-perishable. Overall, the location was convient, wedged in-between two delicious yakiniku places and just a 20 minute walk from the station."

"Beautiful spot inside and out. Super easy to check in and out. Very clean and pretty close to the main hub by car but a bit scary to drive down at night so bring enough food. I can only imagine when the trees outside blossom and how beautiful that would look. I guess I need to come back 😉 "

"Quiet. Staff was friendly and let me check out late. Fairly clean. Questionable stains on the walls and on the floor but at least the bed was clean. Bath was good. Not too many places to eat in the area. Hakurakuten nearby had good food and the staff was nice. "

"The lobby area looks grand but the furniture in the room is so old! The bedsheet and pillow covers are yellowish, look like no one used or being moved for a very long time! The staff are nice though"

"Spacious, clean, convenient and they give you free breakfast. This one gave us mainly Onigiris. If it's not your thing, you might want to skip breakfast... Parking is Y500 a night which is pretty cheap. "
