"For the price we paid, it was adequate. However the curtains didn't block any lights at all. The safety sign (evacuation light) was bright. I tried to contact the property for check in instructions but received no replies. On the day of check in, we managed to find some one on site and let us store our luggage. He told us the check in was 3 pm. By 3:10 pm, we still couldn't check in using the self check in machine. The phone number on the door was not in use. We wouldn't use this property...

"You do get what you paid for. If you’re coming during the winter This is kind of a far walk from HONG DAE ST. Almost 20 min. Thankfully it was just me in my room and i could lock it from inside. Otherwise there could of been someone on the other bed. Shared restroom with another room. Poor lighting and feel weird going to the restroom, so many hairs from other people. I don’t think i would stay here again, I rather pay a little more for a more convenient location. "

"Very nice for the cost! Inexpensive place to sleep and leave my bags in a central area it was easy to see so much of Seoul. The place was quiet and nothing was too dirty. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The person who met us at the front desk was very friendly and had very good english! The rooms are small with a bathroom in unit. They also had a nice upstairs to prepare food and some tables to eat at. Overall I would highly recommend staying here if you want somewhere simple and easy while you explore Soeul."

"Super comfortable large room in a nice area. Gym was really good for a hotel. Manager permitted a convenient late check-out, which I am thankful. The only area of improvement was breakfast (it was western style). I definitely recommend the hotel."

"The perfect place to stay for convenience to markets, palaces, and dining. Wonderful friendly, and helpful staff. The room was kept very clean, and serviced daily. Soundproof rooms. Great value for money considering the location and quality standard of the hotel. I highly recommend ENA Suite Hotel for your stay."

"The hotel is located in prime location of Gangnam district, but includes little bit of walking from nearby subway station. It also offers free breakfast which was actually eatable and better than what I imagined. The bathroom was little tiny though and reminded me of those airplane restrooms. For one to two day stays, it would be okay considering the budget and everything but anything longer that, I would sugesst somewhere else."

"Amazing customer service and kind staff. Rooms were large and very comfortable. They offered an iPad to choose additional luxuries like a pillow menu, mattress toppers, robes or additional water. Service was top notch. The buffet was beyond impressive. My guest had a gluten allergy and the restaurant manager went out of her way to bring over the chef and walk her around the entire area to show her the safe options for her to have as well offering to make her custom dishes. They were just amazing. We loved our stay. "
