"This is our second time staying. The rooms and service are fantastic and we love the breakfast. Also, the lounge is great for a before or after dinner cocktail. The pizzas are great too in case you want to stay in the hotel for a meal. The location of the hotel is amazing. You can be anywhere in Prague within 10 minutes. The Nardoni Trida train stop on the yellow line is across the street in the bottom floor of a very nice shopping center. "

"Service was amazing from the reception staff. Check in was faultless (minus the long queue)! The 4*’s were for things like the bath tub/shower area was quite dated in comparison to the rest of the room and not the cleanest, there was no hair conditioner, just an empty bottle but we survived. "It is perfectly placed in the New Town and very nice. Facilities are basic but beds are very comfy. We had a classic room with balcony on the 5th floor. Very nice and quiet but to get to the balcony you have to move all the curtains to on side, open door inwards , stup on to a highish window seal and step over the door frame toget to the balcony.
