The undercover area could do with a face lift as it was very dirty so this let the property down a bit over all a great house just wish we could of picked it up and moved it somewhere nicer."

"Thimble Cottage is sweet and nicely decorated but was a bit too small for 4 not large adults in our opinion. Easy location to explore delightful Southwold from. It was however rather noisy (bus stop and lovely pop up bakery queues outside main bedroom window from early in the morning, dog grooming parlour immediately behind the tiny courtyard, public bins being emptied at 5:30am in the High St). We were also greeted with an overflowing bin of rubbish in the courtyard from previous guests which...

The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the location is close to an outstanding chippy and only a short walk from the high street. I cannot recommend it enough!"
