"This is the second time staying at the Coach House and will stay here again when i am next in the area. The team are they have are wonderful. They make staying away feel like you are part of the family. They bent over backwards to make me feel welcome and as someone who works away every week and stays at different hotels this was wonderful. From check in to check out the team were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy. The restaurant had a wonderful selection of specials and main menu the only trouble i had was trying to pick what to eat. Breakfast was great. When they found out i needed to miss breakfast to attend an event early they made me up a bag to go. Breakfast on the second morning was something special with eggs bendict. Thank you to the team. I will be back."

We had dinner and breakfast & both were excellent. Would not hesitate to stay again."

"I always like staying at the Hatfield. Its been 15 years ive been staying and i just think its a lovely cheerful place to stay. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Food is good and the service is quick. The rooms are comfortable and warm. It reminds me of how hotels used to be, its like going back in time, in a good way. "I always try to stay at this hotel when in Yarmouth and it has always been a good experience. However, this time there was no restaurant or bar as everything was closed. "

"I didn’t catch her name but the young lady who is assistant manager… what a job she does! She looked after reception, was the main waitress, also serving behind the bar. And no one was left waiting whatsoever and all on a night that the hotel was fully booked. Tremendous job! "
