"Very good with all the amenities. The size is quite small, but you have everything you need (apart from a full high mirror). 10/15 min walk to the closest station. 24/7 food supermarket 5 mins away. Brisk 20 min walk from Asakusa. We enjoyed our stay! "

"Overall, the size of the room and location were excellent. We were a family of five and there was plenty of space for us, our luggage etc. The balcony was nice and the apartment was bright. I had done the online check in so it was very smooth when we arrived but I can imagine if you have issues, using a video check in service could be frustrating. "Great stay at Calm Asakusa. Best things about property was the location, so close to Asakusa station and other sights including restaurants, shopping and of course Kaminarimon Gate & Sensoji Temple. The property itself was very clean & quiet. Having a washing machine was very handy. Bathroom had all the bells and whistles and water temperature & pressure were excellent. We were staying there as a family of four with two kids and found it quite tight as the day bed could really only fit one...

"If you are looking a for a good hotel with kitchen, this is it. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare dinner with ingrediences you get in many near depachikos. Room is spacious, you will have no problem to open your suitcase. Location is great, near Asakusa and Ginza via subway. Will definitely return back."

"The hotel was amazing and in a great location, got to experience alot of Asakusa and was fortunate to be there for the Samaba festival. And the staff was amazing also had some unfortunate family matters arise and had to make some changes regarding my trip and they were very helpful and understanding and very expedite with helping will gladly stay again"

"We booked this hotel for 9 nights in total. In short, we enjoyed every bit of our stay for many reasons - the responsiveness of communication; easy access (e.g. self check-in, hotel rules & user guide info); cleanliness; location of the hotel (not to mention that million dollar view!) and everything one would look for in a 2 bedroom apartment hotel in Tokyo. The only downside is, it does not have an elevator so if you travel with many luggage climbing up 5th floor on stairs could be challenging....

"Nice quiet area. Nice to have the extra room traveling with family. A bit of a walk (15 min) to a nearby train station if you are wanting to train anywhere. Lots of places to eat nearby. 24 hour convenience store across the street which is handy. 4 night stay and in suite laundry made this a wonderful stay. "

"Nice property with more room than the average hotel. Everything was clean. The bathroom was nice because it had a bath tub and shower. The bed was the old school spring box. It was comfy enough. The bidet was great. It's walking distance to a temple, but far away from everything else. It's located in the historical geisha row and some "bath" houses are still in business. A commute to Harajuku was almost an hr travel time, and Ginza was about 40 min. The closest train station was a 12 min walk....

"This is our second stay at this hotel. For our family of four, this hotel is ideal. There is a kitchenette and washer/dryer which allows us to pack lightly since laundry can be done and utilize nearby grocery stores and convenience stores for easy meals. The location is excellent too. "

"This was amazing! We got a free upgrade to the suite which was so big and laundry worked super well. We had a great view of the Tokyo Tower too. Lots of things writhing short walk but still quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Manju at the desk was super helpful with us for sending our luggage. For a Tokyo place we thought this couldn’t be beat! "

"2nd time we have stayed at the Keio Plaza - excellent hotel and facilities, clean and friendly staff. Great choices for bars and restaurants . Breakfast buffets have an amazing choice to suit all tastes . If you get chance visit the sky lounge - great views and ambiance . Location is great for train station and local subways. Overall I would highly recommend - and will be back again ."

"The hotel is in a great area for shopping and sightseeing. There is a bus stop for the airport bus right outside the front doors. The staff are friendly and helpful, there are several dining options in the building and the rooms are clean and affordable! I would highly recommend staying here when in Tokyo!"
