"First, you will have to pay the property in cash or by transfer. No credit card. Even if we got there around 4 pm, the owner sent us a message around 9pm at night that we need to pay the total amount in cash or by money transfer. Toilet doesn’t flush properly and the shower will be cold or burning hot. Also, no water pressure. "The Royal Palm was amazing and my family and I cannot wait to return. Amari was so helpful and so easy to contact via WhatsApp. Upon arrival she offered me a cold beer and created us with the cutest resident puppy named Mila.
