"Horrible, if you make a reservation through Expedia make sure they don't give you room 306, the room was dirty and smelly, nothing like what appears in the photos on the website when making the reservation. "Katari’s location is second to none: right in front of the main city plaza. The rooms were nicely appointed. There is no AC, just a fan, which we didn’t really need to use during our stay (early May). Breakfast on the rooftop offers a killer view of Plaza de Armas with the cathedral and volcano as a beautiful backdrop. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The plaza can get noisy at night, but is safe with lots of police officers around."
