Después de tener la confirmación de la reserva, cuando llegamos a la dirección el hotel NO EXISTÍA, a consecuencia de esta decepción hicimos otra reserva, después de recibir la confirmación de la reserva, al llegar a la nueva dirección, sorpresa!!… TAMPOCO EXISTE!! Después de este NEFASTO SERVICIO y de los desplazamientos en taxi y con la noche encima, tuvimos q buscar a pie un hostal q nos costó carísimo!! NO LE DESEO HOTELS.COM NI A MI PEOR ENEMIGO!! "

"What we had in mind from the pictures was very different to what we found. Although we were received by a nice young lady at the counter when checking in, the person next day was in a very bad mod and seemed not to like his job at all. Also the room was dull, and the whole place was very dark. Breakfast was terrible. We did not felt safe in that area."

"We arrived early in the morning (4am) and were told we had no reservation and all the rooms were booked. After a long conversation providing our expedia reciept they finally accepted our reservation and we found the hostel mostly empty. Checking out early the hostel receptionist was not there to let us out for our per hop bus (possibly asleep somewhere). Overall the day-time staff were plesant but the night-time staff was very poor."
