The staff and service is Compassionate and Excellent. Resul was of amazing help like a family friend almost. I take 1 star away for 2 things, Moniq restaurant could have better food and better variety and second, one of the rooms in the cave suite we stayed had a little, just a little bit of stale smell. "

A five minute drive down the road and you will see all the balloons taking off above the fairy chimneys, that is if youget up earlyenough.
