"Quando arrivate assicuratevi di avere con voi sapone per le mani perché non è’ fornito ed anche la carta igienica era già iniziata e meno di mezzo rotolo . Questo lo trovo assolutamente una nota negativa , arrivi tardi in camera vuoi farti una doccia e neanche un goccio di sapone . Altra cosa c’era un cattivo odore di aceto in camera che forse era dovuto alla pulizia , ma forse sarebbe stato meglio usare un altro profumo .."

"We had found a wonderful place. The owner was extremely helpful and showed us around and explained everything. The apartment was as advertised, modern, clean lines and everything worked really well. A beautiful view out of the windows and lovely dogs to greet us. The drive to the apartment is a bit unusual with a steep hill but it was an excellent location. Many cranes flying over, lovely walks and a short walk to the bus stop if you want to go into Aachen. We'll be back. Thank you, Herr...

"Eine Stunde bevor wir ankamen bekamen wir ein E-Mail : "leider kam es in dem von Ihnen gebuchten Apartment zu eine überbuchung. Als Alternative können wir Ihnen ein zwei Zimmer Apartment mit eigener Dusche und gemeinschafts Küche und Toiletten anbieten". Die ganze Wohnung mit eigener Küche, Badezimmer und Toilette die ich im Mai reserviert hatte war nicht verfügbar und sie gaben uns zwei Zimmer. Im Zimmer mit dem Bett war keine Fenster. Die Bauglassteine in diesem Zimmer wurden gestrichen....

Die Besitzerin Claudine wohnt unten, und ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Spricht Deutsch was die Kommunikation einfacher machte. Sie sorgt für alles und hat gute Tipps. "The vacation apartment was fine for our stay, but the lack of basic amenities like towels, toilet paper and soaps makes it difficult for guests from abroad to enjoy the experience. Luckily we had family nearby to get some basic stuff from, but you can’t expect to bring these things with you on the airplane. Having a bed linen package is great, but there should also be a package with other things. Otherwise the stay was nice, the apartment was comfortable and the surroundings very quiet. "

Bedsheets and bath towels were extra (had to make our own beds), we had to go out to buy toilet paper and dish detergent, stove was difficult to make it work, there was too much noise from other guests. "Der Aufenthalt von 2 übernachtungen war gut. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Betten waren sehr weich. Das bad war groß und schön ausgestattet. Lediglich ein duschregal war nicht angebracht. Hat auf dem boden gelegen. Ich glaube es gab keine klimaanlage. Vor hitze gab es wenig abhilfe. Es war nicht einfach sich zurecht zu machen in einen so warmen Zimmer. Das war das einzige das mich gestört hat. "
