"Amazing place for families. Pastoral property with big apartments and green areas. The pool is really good for both children and adults. Breakfast is rich and served to the room, it was really nice to eat it as picnic. The people in reservation desk are nice but service has limited open hours "

"Beautfiul setting, really large and delicious breakfast and dinner buffet, lovely modern clean room. Staff was overall helpful but some were a bit reserved. Lovely walk/hike just out the door. Very extensive children's area, not sure it is open every day but I assume on weekends, holidays, etc Great for our grandchildren. "Room 319 , Franco. The stay was very nice. Two issues you should know about. First the bathtub drain is clogged and when taking a shower water accumulates and drains very slowly. After a shower there was 5 inches of water. that's something that housekeeping should have seen and reported to maintenance. "I was staying here during 3 weeks with my father who is 81 y.o. We came to Israel for my father's green card interview. This location was very convenient for us: not far from Medical Exam Facility and around 10 minutes driving from U.S. Embassy. Hotel has good disability access and breakfast as a great option. Staff is professional and ready to help at any time. I can recommend this hotel for long stay."

"Adi, the owner was very reasonable and helpful. In order to gain entrance to the property you have to call her and she opens the gate. When I arrived, my phone was not yet working. I had to stop a passerby and ask if he would kindly make that call for me. Had I not found someone with a working phone, that would have been a problem"

"Always an enjoyable stay! The staff are the best part of staying here. They are unfailingly kind, helpful, patient and friendly. Location is unbeatable, and easy walk to Salah al Din and the Old City. The only (slight) disappointment was breakfast. There are not enough fresh and healthy options available. Brewed coffee and hot tea are included. But espresso drinks (lattes, Americano, cappucino,) are extra and expensive. Great people, and always a nice experience. We will be back!"

"We wanted the light in our room to be shut off but it was a difficult task since the light was set to Shabbat mode. Unfortunately, we had the light on the whole evening and we couldn't sleep. We went and complained to the reception desk. As a courtesy, Yazen Atrash offered our family lunch which was an incredible experience. He also offered to give us a discount when we're ready to book another reservation. We are So Happy with the incredible service that Yazan offered us. We will definitely come again!"
