And many many others he is the best haseem who runs the entire food service is on top of every detail in that room and it shows . and Mr Gordon the customer manager relations is everywhere in that building making sure things are perfect it's a great hotel with great service and great facilities it is the best"

" recently stayed at the Gloria Hotel in Jerusalem and had an exceptional experience. The hotel is incredibly clean, with top-notch services and a very convenient location. Nestled inside the Old City walls, it's just a 10-minute walk to major attractions like the Western Wall, Temple Mount, and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. The staff were amazing, available 24/7, and the area is surrounded by great restaurants. Highly recommend!"
