"The Orient is beautiful, in a lovely part of Jerusalem, with amazing views from the pool. The only downside is the very poor, chaotic service at breakfast. Items, including gluten free and dairy products aren’t labelled properly, getting service is very difficult, tables are cleared slowly. "

"All the staff and super friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious. Even though the hotel is built in the 50’s, it is well maintained. The older lady that works the breakfast buffet is very helpful and kind. The breakfast is a nice variety. The man who works the main desk (I think his name is Sam) is super nice, accommodating, helpful and easy to talk too. The young man who’s the manager is also very nice and always greets you. "
