Off the hallway, there is a fully tiled shower room with WC & sink. The shower has a seat and handles attachments.

There is also free parking on the road and a pay-for public car park opposite (Free November to March). Tywyn's sweeping sandy beach is directly opposite the property, with the road between.
The beach is dog-friendly to the right and left of the promenade.
