The apartment was stunning and over 2 floors, beautiful big bay window over looking the sea and the beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and tidy. Also loved the spa. "We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Bryn Melyn apartment. It's walking distance to the town centre (although it's a bit hilly.) The room is sparklingly clean, cozy and spacious, and has a stunning view. Barmouth is lovely town and has lots of pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended."

"The apartment was dated but clean, quite cold even with the heaters, the 2nd bedroom heater didn’t work, the fridge wasn’t working and one half of the recliner sofa didn’t recline. Overall a lovely stay and the issues didn’t affect our holiday as we were only there for a few days but when I tried to contact someone regarding the issues I go no response which was disappointing."

"This is a lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and appointed. It has a stunning view, telephone wires apart. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We had a couple of niggles but they were addressed satisfactorily by the owners. Take their words about the hill to the apartment very seriously. You need to be fit and able to deal with it."

"Good sized rooms, clean and bland, kitchen equipment ok.NO FREEZER! no ice!! 😡 polyester bedding,! risky transporting bags and cases (not to mention dogs) from car park round the back,along the extremely busy main road and through the front door, we booked for 4 nights but left a day early due to polyester purgatory! "The property is in a great location - in the centre of the town, opposite the train station and a five minute walk to the beach. Despite its centra location it is very quiet and also has lovely views from the back. There were 12 of us staying in the house, but there was plenty of room for all of us and the four kids absolutely loved the attic lounge/playroom. Communication with the owner was great and overall I couldn't fault it. I only wish we could have stayed for longer."
