It also says there's a 'golf view', there isn't, it's on the seafront with no view out of the back at all. The listing also says 'parking available' but there is no parking there at all in the town centre, it's limited to one hour during the day. The people in the ground-floor apartment got a parking...

The apartment was stunning and over 2 floors, beautiful big bay window over looking the sea and the beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and tidy. Also loved the spa. "We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Bryn Melyn apartment. It's walking distance to the town centre (although it's a bit hilly.) The room is sparklingly clean, cozy and spacious, and has a stunning view. Barmouth is lovely town and has lots of pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended."

"We stayed at this lovely apartment 19th-23rd February on arrival it was easy to acess and clean we are a family of 4 two teens who’ve both said they’d visit again. The apartment is a five minute walk to the train station and the town and the beach is opposite. Just a shame it weren’t pet friendly! "

"We had a relaxing Christmas break, it was a very spacious apartment for 5 adults. The apartment was tastefully decorated and was exactly as described. The kitchen was a great size for cooking Xmas dinner, and it was very well equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, baking trays etc. The huge fridge freezer was brilliant for catering over the Christmas period. "This is a lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and appointed. It has a stunning view, telephone wires apart. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived.
