"We’ve stayed every year since 2021. Usually our 2 adult children & some of their children go with us but only my husband, myself and our mini dachshund stayed. We love the property and the home. Love to sit on the screen porch and read or just talk/relax. The bome has plenty of room and was very clean. Hopefully we will be back the end of the year. Thank You for sharing your home with us."

"Came to Edenton for a quick weekend to run Coast Guard Marathon. Was pleasantly surprised by this really quaint beautiful historical town. We just loved Nicole’s house and cottage. Everything was exactly if not better than the photos on line. Checking in was perfect and the fenced in back yard was great for our 2 pups. She thought of everything in the house & property to make our stay perfect. From the little doggie towels to wipe their paws, the dog bowls, yoga mats, coffee bar with fresh coffee from local coffee shop. Loved the outdoor space and the Chiminea. We enjoyed having coffee out there on Saturday. The history of the home is displayed in the front hallway and the town is beautifully restored. The neighborhood is very very friendly and walkable. Visited the local farmers market and did some shopping on Main Street. Plenty of restaurant's and a beautiful local park on the water where we watched the sunset. I can’t say enough about this historical little town, it’s a gem and Nicole’s house is delightful. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your home."

"House is in an amazing spot! Parked the car and never needed it again, Edenton has so much to offer within walking distance. The bikes are an amazing touch, rode through town and out to the Hayes Plantation. Highly recommend this property, owner is a fantastic communicator and went out of the way to be sure we had everything we needed. "
