"What a lovely place! Our condo was nicely decorated, had tons of space, kitchen counters that went for miles! Lots of windows to view the beautiful sound. We valued the somewhat isolated location. No walkability to stores but Edenton was just across the bridge. What a cute, beautiful, historic town! We would definitely return!"

"My husband and I wanted a nice getaway for the long Valentine's Day/President's Day weekend, and have been wanting to check this place out. Eric and Julianne are the perfect hosts. All communication with them was quick and very helpful with understanding the area in the off-season. The home is very warm and welcoming with amazing sunsets. We loved the large windows letting in lots of natural light and allowing for full views of the water. It's a nice quiet neighborhood but a short distance to the historic downtown Edenton area to take in the local sights and food experiences. Love their collection of old school vinyl, CDs and DVDs. And we enjoyed the cribbage board, too. We liked the solitude of the area where we could simply decompress and reconnect with each other.
