"The staff at St George’s are very friendly and go out their way to provide an excellent service, nothing is too much trouble . Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and served by friendly staff. My only slight niggle was the shower in our room I found it didn’t have sufficient force but I managed. Will definitely return."

"Great one night stay on Saturday 25th Jan. We were attending an event at Venue Cymru, which is a ten minute walk away along the prom. Easy check in, and very nice clean room. We were on the first floor, but the room was located through a small warren of corridors and steps, not a problem for us. The bed was comfy, and the room was great for us. The bars and restaurants on Mostyn Street are a few minutes walk around the corner. We had a drink at The GOAT bar/restaurant, was very nice and well decorated. Would definitely stay here again!"

"From start to finish nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I booked a standard room and because the hotel was quiet i was given an upgraded room with a sea view. "

"Very good quality. Feels very comfortable. Good for touring area as far away as Snowdonia. Guests should have access to spa at all times it is open, not have to pay from 9 - 5. Because these times are pay for I would not class it as a spa hotel."

"Room was cold but the porter got a heater. Toilet had leaked over night so the bathroom floor was soaked in the morning. Window didn't shut properly had to stuff towels in-between to stop the draft and radiator wasn't heating up correctly but the night porter got us a portable heater. You get what you pay for in life"
