"It was our 3rd stay here. It’s a great little place with everything you need though the oven lacks numbers on the dials which is a bit awkward. There are a lot of stairs and they are a bit uneven so be careful if not too steady on your feet. The communal areas could do with an upgrade but the flat itself is very nicely decorated with a great balcony and view."

"Superb location in Lynton. The best place to stay for access to the town, walks and funicular down to Lynmouth. Good view of the bay from up on the terrace too. Just bear in mind that the kitchen is a spiral staircase and two flights of stairs away from the terrace. Accommodation is good for a couple & dog, providing you’re ok with the.spiral staircase. "We had a wonderful stay ilfracombe, the view from the flat was breathtaking. The flat had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy and the bathroom was gorgeous. It was lovely to wake up to the sound of the Seagulls so much to do and the ability to relax at the same time. Really loved our stay would definitely recommend"

"The room had everything we needed for our stay, but was quite dated. The kitchen has four sets of cutlery, plates and bowls. There was also some tea and coffee and dishwasher tablets provided.
