You can't beat the location and the contactless check-in (scan the QR code and magnetize your own key card at the kiosk) fits right in with the screen-based lifestyle we all live these days. Given the amenities, there is a limit as to how much a Cocoon room (with transparent bathroom walls) is worth, but for now, it still works! "

"My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend for our anniversary. I called ahead to request a high floor with a view and they really came through with one for me. We were overlooking the Tower Bridge and had a nice bottle of brut with some macaroons to enjoy, along with a nice note asking us to feel at home. My only gripe would be the elevator in the morning. Sometimes it would take 15 minutes to get to the lobby. Other than that, great location and warm, welcoming staff. "
