The breakfast was delicious and overall we had a great stay prior to doing the Ha Giang Loop. I would highly recommend this hotel and would like to thank the staff for making our stay extra special. "Big beautiful hotel in Hagiang, comfortable rooms splendid breakfast well worth it, place next door is nice food. Winmart 10 min walk (turn right) . town centre 20 min walk turn right. A regional town not yet touristy like Sapa."

"From first appearance, this hotel seems to be clean and fancy. Upon further inspection and a one night stay, there were cockroaches in the room, breakfast was minimal and when scrambled eggs were requested, the staff did not seem to be receptive in taking care of the guests’ needs. Needless to say, scrambled egg was not made, and guest left the dinning area hungry and angry (hangry.)"
