"From first appearance, this hotel seems to be clean and fancy. Upon further inspection and a one night stay, there were cockroaches in the room, breakfast was minimal and when scrambled eggs were requested, the staff did not seem to be receptive in taking care of the guests’ needs. Needless to say, scrambled egg was not made, and guest left the dinning area hungry and angry (hangry.)"

"욕조 유, 무에 따른 방 차이가 있고 들어가면서 머리카락이 보여서 조금 그랬고 샤워 후 물이 화장실 바닥에 퍼지는 구조는 조금 문제. 이런 단점 빼소는 만족함. 웰컴 케잌이라고 하는 무료 쿠키도 몇개 제공해줌. 결론은 추천함"

"After 4 days riding a motorcycle around Northern Vietnam this hotel was extremely comfortable. Comfortable bed, never ending hot water, the food was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I asked for a sauna & massage, I tried telling the girls i wanted the sauna first but they had no interest in figuring out what i was saying and then my hour long massage only lasted about 40 minutes and was still charged full price. So if i had it to do over I'd stay at same hotel but probably get my massage somewhere else"
