"Please tip housekeepers, they do an awesome job! This place is conveniently located near Parque de la marimba n other nearby attractions. Transportation is easy, although I would suggest Uber instead of taxis or any other public transportation. Five stars for this hotel. Rooms are a bit outdated but overall is a beautiful hotel, nice pool to kill the heat"

"Centrally located with easy access to mall, food options, bank and available transportation. Overall hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. The pool area didn’t have any umbrellas which would have been nice and the gym didn’t have any circulation causing extreme heat when more than 1 person was working out. Would stay again if made those minor adjustments. "

"Rooms were rather small, but a nice place to stay if you are on the road headed south to Guatemala. Be prepared if you bring a pet to pay 300 pesos extra. The Restaurant is Totally GREAT. Awesome, black and white themes are dull, I think in Tuxtla Gutierrez with the Zoque Indians, Chamula they could bring in color, and lift the ambience to COLOR splahs."

"Beautiful location Very natural. Woke up to calls of howler monkeys in the jungle. Reception efficient but impersonal. WIFI only at reception/bar. Appears wind/time has removed thatch from most buildings. Pool very nice but no lounge chairs."
