"This place was as advertised, it did the job for one night. Was clean and check in was easy. Because it’s on marine parade it’s really really noisy throughout the night and the bedrooms are right beside the road. The property could use some touches to make it more comfortable, it’s very bare bones and the bedding is not very comfy but if you just need a place to stay for the night it’s all good. I don’t think I’d personally stay here again but there’s nothing wrong with the place! "

"My sister and I stayed in this house for a few days whilst on a golf trip. It was lovely to walk into this spacious accommodation. It was very clean, light and airy, and appeared to have been recently redecorated. It had everything we needed. We would definitely like to stay here again. Also, we greatly appreciated being able to rebook at the last minute due to sickness. Communication with Dave was excellent, very prompt. Thank you, Dave. "

"Location was fabulous, easy walk to town. Perfect for two couples as we each had a bathroom and plenty of different spaces to relax. Loved the outdoor area and BBQ, beautiful garden. Great to have off street parking. Listing did say pool and gym which it didn't have but we didn't mind. Super responsive host, quickest I've experienced. Loved the ceilings and cute art deco touches. Fresh flowers inside were a nice touch too. Thank you for a great stay."

"We were a group of Rotarians down for 3 days helping with the Post Cyclone Gabrielle cleanup project. The property was outstanding, roomy and very well equipped. It certainly suited our group. My partner and I would be very happy to stay in it again. Having said that there were some few issues for the Property Manager to note. The most important being the gas for the hot water ran out after one shower early on the first morning, Friday. A real concern given we would all (5 adults) be wanting...
