"I didn’t know how far this would be from the center where you get off the water taxi. I recommend a golf cart or taxi. The property is just down from the airport and is safe and quiet around you. We love Caye caulker and will be back."

"The communication and check in process was great, as well as the property being as described and away from the main drag on front street. The 2 dogs were very friendly. Ben was incredibly responsible when there was a minor issue with the lock on the door and it was fixed and addressed faster than any hotel could be. 10/10 will be staying here next time we visit the island. "This is a great off-the-beaten path location for those who want quiet and no crowds. We loved being able to walk right outside and be by the water or the pool. The house lacked some basics like ice-cube trays, additional throw blankets and enough shampoo to last more than two days, but otherwise was well-appointed. Note, when we were there the inflatable double kayaks were missing their rudders, rending them basically inoperable. But the bikes and canoes were great. Would highly recommend this...
