When I told the guest relation that my 11 y/o niece will be celebrating her bday, they have decorated our room with surprise gifts and cake brought the manager. "The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed chatting with "hero" aka Mustafa.The food at the buffet was excellent with a lot of variety. Saladin was a very attentive server. We stayed during off-season so the outdoor pools were not open. The indoor pool was not very big so it was a bit crowded. "
